Bite-sized desserts are the best. The best. For me, there is no food that is more convenient than bite-sized food that I can enjoy while I’m doing something else. I’m gonna be honest with you: I’m having some peanut butter fat bombs are I am writing this, and it’s the best thing in the world.

Today, we’re gonna work on expanding our repertoire of bite-sized, no-bake desserts. To be more specific: We're gonna go through our best fat bomb recipes. Although we call them “desserts” that’s really only because they’re sweet; You can have these as snacks, and even for breakfast along with something else.

Melted chocolate bombs

These do require some cooking, but as long as there’s no baking required, it’s still a win for me - and for you.

  • Heavy cream, 1 ounce
  • Unsalted butter, 1 tbsp
  • 4 ounces baking chocolate
  • Cocoa powder
  • Brown sugar
  • Caramel syrup

How to make:

  • Throw heavy cream, butter and chocolate in a saucepan and turn the heat on the highest setting. Stir constantly until the mix is homogenous.
  • Pour mix into a glass container and store in the fridge until hard, but still malleable.
  • Once hardened, take out of the fridge and scoop about 2-3 tbsp worth of mix at a time. Form into balls with your hands. Do this until there isn’t any mix left.
  • On a flat surface, sprinkle cocoa powder and brown sugar. Roll your chocolate bombs over this surface one by one until fully covered.
  • Serve and drizzle with caramel syrup.

Chunky chocolate bombs

Texture matters a lot - sometimes it can make the difference between a great snack and a rather mediocre why. But it all depends on personal taste, of course. If you like chewy, textured snacks, this will be your next favorite snack.

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (can be replaced by cashews, hazelnuts, or peanuts)
  • Keto friendly sweetener
  • ¼ unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup cream cheese
  • Butter, 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract

How to make:

  • Get a bowl. Place in it the butter and cream cheese. Microwave for a few seconds to soften.
  • When soft, pour the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Once it is properly mixed, grab a handful and make into bite-sized bombs.
  • Store in the fridge so they harden - better texture, better taste.

Super Coconut Fat Bombs

  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil
  • Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • Sweetener (I used 2 tbsp stevia)

How to make:

  • First, mix cream cheese, coconut oil and vanilla extract together.
  • Get flour and stevia in a bowl and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
  • Predictably, we now use our hands to make the mix into bite-sized bombs.

Once you’re done, I recommend a coating of shredded coconut and, if you’re feeling risky, chocolate chips. Or you could drizzle with chocolate syrup instead.
