Everyone loves bread...unless you are on the Keto Diet. Well time to feel happy. Here is a nice, easy, lazy recipe, perfect for get your bread on. This recipe is gluten free and no "eggy" taste! Win/Win for everyone!
· 1 cup Almond Flour
· 3 tsp Baking Powder
· 4 tbsp Butter softened
· 6 Eggs
· pinch of salt
1. Preheat oven at 375°F.
2. Mix the eggs and melted butter in a medium-size bowl.
3. Add the almond flour, baking powder and mix.
4. Now you can now add in some different seasoning (basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, ...) if you want.
5. Combine all ingredients and pour into a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 25 min.
6. Let cool and enjoy!
