We love a good salad, which can admittedly be hard to achieve. Whenever you feel you’re stuck and out of ideas, it’s always useful to try to look outside your comfort zone, in places that are foreign to you; we did just that and found this amazing, delicious salad that you are gonna learn how to make.

Israeli salad is not just delicious; it’s refreshing and it leaves you feeling satisfied instead of hungry from something else. It’s great as a standalone dish, although we’re sure it will go great with just about any type of meat.

Let’s make some salad!

Israeli Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tomatoes diced, roma or cherry
  • 2 cups cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced, any color
  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


How to make:

  1. Combine all the vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Add fresh parsley.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper until emulsified. This will make for a nice dressing for the salad.
  3. Best served fresh.
