Ingredients

150 g Chicken breast

1 Small avocado

3 Green olives

1 Egg

10 ml Extra virgin olive oil

How to Prepare

To make this chicken and avocado keto salad, you must use a cooked or boiled chicken breast that you have kept in your fridge from any previous preparation.

However, if you don't have a refrigerated and cooked one, you can start from scratch by cooking a chicken breast in boiling water for 40 minutes. Once we have the chicken breast cooked and either cold or warm, we shred it into small strips.

Cook an egg for 8 minutes in boiling water and then cool it.

In a bowl, mix the chicken breast with a small avocado or half of a large diced avocado, previously removing the skin and bone. Add the chopped egg and the pulp of the chopped green olives.
