Today we’re bringing you somewhat of a classic. Pork chops are loved pretty much the world over, and are that kind of recipe that all people like. Pretty sure even vegans will eventually cave in and say pork chops are delicious! Though easy to make, it’s good to have a recipe at hand.

Our recipe includes simple and basic steps for making pork chops; it’s surely a little too basic for some of our readers, but we decided to make it anyway. Remember: not everyone knows what they’re doing in the kitchen!

Once you’re done cooking, we recommend using a dressing such as BBQ sauce or similar. Some pineapple goes great with these, too!

Let’s make some pork chops!

Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasonings of your preference
  • Salt and pepper


How to make:

  1. Season each side of the pork chops.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Add the pork chops and cover.
  4. Once they have cooked on one side, flip and cover again.



Now you can either prepare your own BBQ sauce (not that hard), or use a store-bought one. We also recommend trying Tonkatsu sauce, which is a Japanese BBQ-style sauce that is incredibly yummy and goes particularly well with pork.
